ArcGlow 6-Month Loss Protection

ArcGlow 6-Month Loss Protection is an optional add-on available at the time of purchase.

  • Coverage applies per device.
  • One Loss Protection add-on covers one ArcGlow unit only.
  • If you purchase multiple ArcGlow units, a separate Loss Protection add-on is required for each unit you want covered.

If you purchase this add-on and lose your ArcGlow within 6 months from the delivery date of your original order, you may request one replacement, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement:
- the Loss Protection add-on must have been purchased with the original order
- the request must be made within 6 months from the delivery date
- the request must come from the original customer
- the original order details must be provided
- the replacement applies to one lost ArcGlow unit only

What is included

  • one replacement for one covered ArcGlow unit
  • each Loss Protection add-on covers one device only

What is not included
- shipping fees for the replacement
- repeated claims
- claims for products not covered by the add-on
- stolen items
- damaged, defective, or non-working products
- cosmetic wear, misuse, abuse, or intentional damage
- orders with false, misleading, or incomplete claim information

Important
Loss Protection is not a product warranty and does not replace your legal rights.
It only applies to accidental loss of the covered ArcGlow unit during the 6-month coverage period.

Please include:
- your order number
- the name used for the order
- the email used for the order
- a short explanation of the loss claim

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet these conditions or appears abusive or fraudulent.

ArcGlow reserves the right to update or discontinue this add-on at any time. Any valid Loss Protection purchased before such change will continue to be honored according to the version in effect at the time of purchase.
